Your monthly payment is yours to use

Each monthly payment is banked as a service credit for eligible treatments. Unused credits roll over indefinitely while your plan is active and remain usable for 12 months after cancellation, then expire. They can be used toward weight management and peptide programs at full price. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except for the early-cancellation refund described below.

Included perks are separate

Complimentary quarterly perks, such as a facial, peel, or booster, must be used within the calendar quarter in which they are issued; they expire at quarter's end and do not roll over. Birth month perks must be redeemed during your birth month and expire at the end of that month. Unlike banked credits, all unused perks are forfeited immediately upon cancellation; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for credit.

Where discounts apply

Your tier's discount applies automatically to eligible services and injectables at checkout. It cannot be combined with promotions or sale pricing, applied after a completed appointment, or used on weight management or peptide programs. All VIP tiers receive package pricing at 20% off the regular single-session total; tier discounts don't stack on top. Retail benefits vary by tier — ask our team for current details.

Billing and cancellation

VIP is for adults 18+ and begins with a signed agreement and first payment. Plans have an initial 6-month commitment, then renew month to month; billing recurs on your enrollment date (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday). After two consecutive failed payments, benefits are suspended; unresolved accounts may be cancelled after 15 days. Price changes require 30 days' email notice, and you may cancel without penalty within 15 days of that notice. You may cancel at any time without a cancellation penalty by giving 30 days' written notice to contact@radiancepa.com or in person. Notice given fewer than 30 days before your next billing date results in one more billing cycle.

Refunds and plan changes

If you cancel within your first 6 months, you are eligible for a refund of unused funds: total dues paid minus funds used toward services and treatments at VIP pricing and the standard non-VIP value of included perks used. Refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days of the effective cancellation date. After 6 months, dues are non-refundable, but banked credits remain usable for 12 months after cancellation. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; the new rate and benefits start with your next billing cycle. For qualifying reasons, you may request one pause of up to 60 days per 12 months in writing at least 5 business days before billing; no dues or new credits accrue, and benefits are suspended during the pause.

Appointments and care

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee of up to $50, not deducted from your credits; three no-shows within 12 months may require prepayment for future bookings. Luminary and Radiant VIPs receive priority access to select high-demand slots 48 hours before general availability. All treatments require consultation and provider approval; VIP status does not guarantee treatment eligibility. If we cancel a treatment, any credit used is restored to your account.

Conduct, privacy and policy updates

Radiance Med Spa may cancel a VIP plan for abuse of policy, chargebacks, or conduct inconsistent with our code of conduct, with written notice. Your information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Pennsylvania and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and is never sold or shared for third-party marketing without your written consent. We may amend these terms with at least 30 days' email notice; continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
